ATTN Chapters: Filing the IRS Form 990 is not optional

New Government regulations require that all of our chapters and colonies MUST file an IRS form 990.

flagThis is a strict requirement by the IRS and failure to comply can result in penalties of up to $10,000.00 Similar fraternal organizations have already reported that penalties have been issued against their chapters and colonies for not complying with this requirement.
